About
At Talk Manage Change (TMC Psychology) I believe in demystifying even complex emotional and psychological difficulties. My approach centres around finding simple ways to understand and explain how complex patterns of difficulties come about, and how these can be changed. My brand of psychological therapy focusses on building resilience by finding your strengths and supporting you into a position of better mental health and well-being.
At Talk Manage Change I understand the importance of treating you as an individual. You might be struggling with: anxiety, low mood, OCD, overwhelming emotions, PTSD, relationship difficulties, or you might like to improve your self-esteem, confidence or overall functioning. We will work together using a tailored combination of psychological therapies including: Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Comittment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, amongst others.
Whether you are seeing us face to face in Chiswick or for online therapy we will work in a collaborative and holistic way, taking into account not just you as an individual but systemic, cultural and environmental factors, considering how these come together to affect your experience.
