I am Dr Tanya McDonnaugh an experienced Clinical Psychologist and founder of TMC Psychology (Talk Manage Change). I provide in person psychological therapy in West London, within close proximity to Chiswick, Ealing, Hammersmith, and Surrey. I also provide online therapy.

About

At TMC Psychology I believe in demystifying even complex emotional and psychological difficulties, finding simple ways to explain how complex patterns of difficulties can come about and how these can be changed. My brand of psychological therapy focusses on building resilience by finding your strengths and supporting you into a position of better mental health and well-being.

 

At TMC Psychology I understand the importance of treating you as an individual. You might be struggling with: anxiety, low mood, OCD, overwhelming emotions, PTSD, relationship difficulties, or you might like to improve your self-esteem, confidence or overall functioning. We will work together using a tailored combination of psychological therapies including: CBT, CFT, compassionate mind training, EMDR amongst others. 

 

Whether you are seeing me face to face in Chiswick or for online therapy we will work in a collaborative and holistic way, taking into account not just you as an individual but systemic, cultural and environmental factors, considering how these come together to affect your experience.
